A problem to report, the wires mark a lot (half cut) with the use of self-locking hooks 15kg, having used for an exhibition in my gallery to hang frames of 7 kg (14 damaged wires that are no longer reusable) what can you do? Best regards. Philippe.

Hello, serious site but so many errors... an error in the order occurred, I received a simple rail info while I had ordered the most. The second was sent back very quickly but again an error, I received a white one while I had ordered it in aluminum! Too bad, I will keep it anyway given the commercial gesture of letting me keep the old one. There is always someone who responds to you quickly on the phone. The packaging of the products is correct and nothing was damaged.

Order placed on January 27, 15 days without news, while delivery is expected between 5 and 7 days. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have known that one of the items in my order was out of stock. Delivery made on February 13 as indicated during my call, packaging and merchandise impeccable.

The picture rails could be perfectly discreet if the screws were the same color. Unfortunately, they arrive more gray than white and are very visible. I am therefore very disappointed, I had to repaint each screw head white to achieve the desired discreet effect.
