PARTICULARLY PATHETIC SERVICE incomplete delivery missing the glues a null and void delivery service, forced to wait for the delivery person to come the first time waiting all day delivery at 5:45 PM, for the glues my wife waited all day Thursday the 18th without the delivery person coming, on Friday the 19th no availability and we do not know if they will come or not and on Saturday delivery on our site after leaving a note on our gate. As mentioned, the carrier has reorganized due to an unprecedented volume of packages and constraints related to Covid 19. Since the beginning of this episode, we have encountered, to some extent, some difficulties in keeping the delivery slots. You requested in special instructions on our site a delivery during meal times, however this slot is not offered. I am aware that there was a malfunction during your delivery and we will not fail to alert the carrier. As compensation for your inconvenience, I offered you a refund of the shipping costs, which you did not wish for and/or the reshipment of the package by Colissimo but you were delivered in the meantime and this last option was not necessary. We did our best to find a solution to your problem and took the time (an hour) to explain our operation to you but apparently this has no value for you and we regret it.

Ordering piece by piece is very expensive. The site does not offer complete packs (rails, hooks, wires, screws, etc.) which can easily be found on Amazon. Delivery times are long and the availability of customer service is quite low, all for a high price.

I rated the delivery 4 stars, which was fast, but the box was damaged and could have crushed or broken something. It didn't happen, but still. Indeed, your order arrived at the beginning of the lockdown and we had to reorganize for the transport of Orac moldings (not stored in Paris) which was no longer ensured by the usual carrier. Since then, our depot has resorted to UPS and we can deliver within a relatively short time (2 to 4 working days on average). Looking for a solution to regularly change the hanging of our paintings and other decorations without riddling the wall with holes, we opted for the Mini-click rail system for its small dimensions and its various suitable accessories. The result is good, but installation flush with the ceiling is complicated as soon as you don't have perfectly straight walls and ceilings. Or you have to accept to move the rail away from the wall/ceiling corner (less aesthetic).
