I ordered 5 painting rails and assumed that the mounting blocks would be included automatically. This is false - it seems that you are expected to use the rails without fixings, even though I really wouldn't know how to do that. So I ordered them again and they turned out inexplicably expensive.

This is not a common practice, but in any case, it is not normal if you were at home.
