Very satisfied with the purchase in principle but unfortunately, the floor lamp does not suit my husband in its design and brightness. We will therefore return it, in its original packaging, as we received it, hoping that we will be well reimbursed. The rating is not great because you have to pay for the return (and a floor lamp is heavy!!!) so it's a shame for a site that sells online. I will not order from this site just for that.

Regarding the return, indeed, we did not make a delivery error and therefore we cannot cover the return of your floor lamp. You can also bring the material back to the store, without shipping costs.
