After checking, you ordered hooks for square rods 4x4 mm (indications in the product sheet) with round rods of 2 mm. Indeed, these two items are not compatible. With your rods, you need hooks AC94261 for example (self-locking 15 kg).

There were 2m perlons in my order because the ones provided in the kit were too short. Unfortunately, this item is supplied without a hook? so it is a personal oversight that has very little value but it can lead to a new shipment and shipping costs. It would be useful to see in the description of the perlon (obviously) that it is sold without a hook. Other than that, the material is very good, for the first time in 40 years of DIY, I used the screws and plugs provided. Thank you.
