Repeated purchases on Cimaises & + and total satisfaction every time. The material is of excellent quality, the delivery is very fast (it almost feels like receiving the order before placing it!) and the customer service is great. One of the shipments was not exactly in accordance with the order and the error was corrected (at Cimaises & +'s expense) within 48 hours. A picture rail system and a company that I highly recommend.

I had ordered a fixing pack (screws and plugs) that I did not receive. The screws delivered with the rail did not fit into the pre-drilled holes!! Fortunately, I was able to tinker with the whole thing to make it work, but I find that the quality of the material leaves something to be desired.
