Very satisfied with the purchase in principle but unfortunately, the floor lamp does not suit my husband in its design and brightness. We will therefore return it, in its original packaging, as we received it, hoping that we will be well reimbursed. The rating is not great because you have to pay for the return (and a floor lamp is heavy!!!) so it's a shame for a site that sells online. I will not order from this site just for that.

Hello, You can send us photos by email in case of a damaged package during transport. If needed, don't hesitate. Also, if it's about micro scratches, you can easily hide them with a bit of filler and paint them with two coats of paint, which should solve your issue. There were two attempts on the 14th and 15th of September according to what I see in the tracking, hence the drop-off at the relay point on the 15th of September. We are however sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Also note that you can change the scheduled delivery date if it does not suit you (via the link that the carrier sends you at the time of shipment).
