Goods compliant on both orders. Carrier to be avoided. On the 2 deliveries, they canceled the appointments 5 times at the last moment to deliver that day after having canceled the delivery. Unfortunately, we still have some and do not fail to report them to DPD for the improvement of their service. It should still be noted that few carriers accept packages 2 meters long (90% of our shipments) at a cost that is reasonable for the customer, hence the choice of this carrier. For small shipments, it is possible to choose COLLISSIMO on the site. Delivery postponed 3 times by DPD, so I chose a DPD relay to facilitate this delivery, this same relay refused the delivery on the grounds that the package is too large.
