Order placed and confirmed on a Tuesday at 4 PM confirming delivery within 24/48 hours, which means broadly Thursday or Friday. Ultimately, the delivery took place on Friday noon of the following week despite my calls on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning. The only concrete thing the customer service offered me was to cancel the order the following Monday if nothing had arrived. No commercial gesture since then. I will not call on them for a next order.

Problem with information about closing days. The mobile version of the website did not indicate the exceptional closing days as well as the confirmation email and the answering machine... Details are important. For the rest, the ordered products are very good and the team is charming and competent.

My only problem was the delivery by DPD. DPD indicated a delivery time slot, but nothing happened. In the evening, having checked the tracking, I saw that the package could not be delivered. (I had stayed home all day waiting) Rescheduling for the next day, but same result: could not be delivered... As I had to be absent, I requested delivery to a pickup point. That finally worked. As for the product, although I haven't installed it yet, it corresponds to my expectations.

The picture rails themselves are very good, but the plugs are absolutely not suitable for a hollow wall. According to the customer service I contacted, they can be used for both types of walls. In reality, this is not the case. Our installation is currently halted because we need to buy other plugs for hollow walls.

The material is as per the order, the customer service is professional, however the carrier DPD is 'useless' it offers an appointment... and comes the day before simply leaving the package in front of my door the next day after the missed appointment I had to search for the package by asking the neighbors who had put it away to avoid theft, I expressed my dissatisfaction to DPD... without response, in short, a carrier to avoid.

Products delivered OK, but major issues with delivery by GLS. Delivery option chosen: appointment scheduling. The result is as follows: - delivery time slot when scheduling an appointment: 8 AM - 6 PM with no possibility of reduction. Error on the delivery date compared to the contracted date - GLS customer service number overpriced and waiting time before response: 15€ useless phone call. It was ultimately the customer service of cimaises&+ that managed to deliver to me on the right date.

Delivery dates and times that kept changing and rude, unpleasant, disrespectful delivery person who mishandled the material when taking it out of the truck, we had to tell him to be careful that it was aluminum and that it could bend. Really unhappy but satisfied with the product.

Delivery promise by the carrier every day for 4 days, on the fifth day the package was left with the caretaker because the delivery person refused to go up to the fifth floor despite the elevator. GLS the worst of the worst, they do not keep their promises and on top of that they charge for phone calls, making customers wait several minutes before answering.

Good Paulman items but after waiting two weeks (which was expected as some items were not available in stock), the received package contained 6 items that did not match the order out of a total of 15 ordered items (errors on the references of two spots and 4 LED lamps were not compatible with the delivered spots..). In short, new phone exchanges, new deadlines.. One wonders who ensures the follow-up of the order preparation!!!
