I am very happy with the delivered material. Everything corresponds perfectly to the description given on the site. A small issue with the delivery: I had requested to change the delivery day but this was not communicated to the delivery person. (It was a bit complicated to retrieve the package.) .

Material of very good quality and meets my expectations. Delivery = Very disappointed! Material delivered to my home on 31/01 by a plumber!!! 5 half RTT taken following the promise of delivery, without seeing anyone, over 30€ spent (paying 80 cents/minute) to find out where the delivery was!! I would have preferred to pay 30€ more in shipping for a safe delivery! I will not order from you again because of this problem (I still have 3 bedrooms and a living room to do). What a shame!!!

Hello just a remark regarding the kit product. The instructions for fixing the picture rails indicate 4 to 5 clicks for 2m, there are 4m so logically you would need at least 8 and in the kit there are 2x3!! Same for the wire and hooks. This forces you to reorder and additional shipping costs. In conclusion, the kit should be better calibrated.

ONE OF THE CORNICES WAS BROKEN, fortunately we had enough length left. Admittedly, the carrier jostled the box but the packaging has no protection (foam, bubble wrap, etc.) and the package has little chance of arriving in good condition given the fragility of the cornices.

Delivery by GLS is still as bad, even when paying the extra for tracking (only they charge for that!) appointment set by the website, delivery made two days before the scheduled date, lucky that the concierge was able to retrieve the package. Otherwise, the products are still as good, I just regret that since my previous order the accessories are no longer sold individually but in packs of 5.

Fast delivery but one rail was damaged. No assembly instructions in the package. Product conforms to the description, they should offer aluminum-colored end caps instead of gray. If you want the rails to be really against the ceiling, avoid the small model because it is impossible to drill so close to the ceiling. Use self-locking hooks, the simple model is difficult to tighten and tends to slip.

The delivery service notifies you by SMS but does not respect the time slot at all. First SMS: delivery Wed 11/2pm, day of delivery 10am: received SMS delivery Thursday 11/2pm and finally delivery made at 5:30pm. The site to change the delivery is useless, you can no longer request delivery to a relay point in case of unavailability. As for the item, I must admit I was very disappointed with the quality, based on the photo it seemed to me that I would receive a more finished product.

The lamp did not work when it was fixed to the wall. After numerous tests and after dismantling the tube I found a small LED plug that was not connected to the LED strip. Once connected and the strip reinserted into the tube and the capsule reattached it worked.

Impeccable products. Customer service OK in the store. Only downside: I had requested pickup in store and planned to go there on a Saturday morning (normally open). The store was closed without me being notified. I left my problem on the voicemail the same day to find a solution that suited me, and I was never contacted back.
