Delivery company is one of the most incompetent, who took the liberty of leaving my package with my neighbor, without any instructions from me. This is intolerable and I explained myself with the company Cimaises & +. Too bad, I would have liked to rate better.

First thing when giving the address of a relay point for delivery in case of absence, it's better to pass on the info to avoid chasing after packages. Second thing, when selling glues, it should be ensured that half of the tube is not already dry (punctured tube). In short, not so great (but the products are beautiful and of good quality, except for the glues....).

I needed additional hooks for an already existing installation, so I tried to place my order based on my needs... Yes but... the minimum order was not reached and my order could therefore not be validated! I had to order other complementary products that are not useful to me in order to validate my order. For me, this is quite similar to forced selling, which is very regrettable. Otherwise, the hooks are very good!

The products are of good quality and conform to what I expected. However, the delivery by GLS is absolutely TERRIBLE (I have read many similar reviews online) GLS does not show up, directly drops the package at a relay, and refuses to make a re-delivery! Moreover, GLS customer service is chargeable! It's hard to believe... Gentlemen merchants, please change your delivery service.

The picture rails could be perfectly discreet if the screws were the same color. Unfortunately, they arrive more gray than white and are very visible. I am therefore very disappointed, I had to repaint each screw head white to achieve the desired discreet effect.

Good products overall, however, there are missing connectors between the picture rails to ensure a good junction. The only downside among the tested products so far: the ceiling picture rails. They are difficult to install, too flexible and hard to keep straight, the screws are too small and close to the rail (difficult not to mark it during installation). This is the only disappointing product I had the chance to install, a customer even refused it...
