Hello, We are sorry to hear that. In case of breakage during transport, do not hesitate to contact us for a replacement. We send the cornices by different carriers (depending on the departure point). In your case, the package was sent by DPD, upon request for a quote, by email we can also send the package by France Express or TNT (expect an additional charge of 5 euros if the order is < 400 euros).
