Small problem with the delivery person who, in my absence, left the package at the relay store. Upon receipt, the picture rails are bent and unusable. And there... I must highlight the extreme responsiveness of 'Cimaises&+' : 48 hours after my complaint, I received a new shipment of two intact picture rails. So, hats off to customer service and the quality of their commercial response. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Product arrived broken in two during the first delivery as there was no protection in the box. Second delivery had some paper around it but the protection should be much better. Regarding the product, I am waiting to see once glued to the ceiling. The rosette, very beautiful, is really thin. To see about the fragility. Impeccable customer service.
