• Deliver the 2m cimaise but not the 3m is really handicapping (return by metro particularly noted!) • Cold and expeditive reception at the store • First visit to the store: closed, on a Saturday morning, I would have liked to have an alert in the confirmation email to avoid making the trip unnecessarily :-/.

The 2 LEDs ordered together under the same reference are not the same color and do not match the description (the power plug serves as a transformer which makes it impossible to hide them in the cornice!!!).

Hello, the delivery was very good. The delivered goods had slight dents upon closer inspection (I think it was sent to me like that. Please check your products before shipping, thank you) this will require me to do additional plastering work. I hope this does not happen again in the future given the price of these items.

I called customer service before placing my order and I was perfectly informed. The order placed on Wednesday was delivered on Friday afternoon: very fast delay in Paris. A small oversight in the order was immediately corrected as I received the missing parts the next day. The rails are easy to assemble, of very good quality, the configurator is clear. I recommend.
