The delivery service notifies you by SMS but does not respect the time slot at all. First SMS: delivery Wed 11/2pm, day of delivery 10am: received SMS delivery Thursday 11/2pm and finally delivery made at 5:30pm. The site to change the delivery is useless, you can no longer request delivery to a relay point in case of unavailability. As for the item, I must admit I was very disappointed with the quality, based on the photo it seemed to me that I would receive a more finished product.

The service and products from Cimaises and + are excellent. The carrier GLS, however, did not meet expectations. They lost the invoice and therefore could not clear the goods. 48 hours later, GLS had not even contacted Cimaises & + to request a copy of the invoice. It was on the initiative of Cimaises & + that the shipment was finally unlocked. Thank you again and well done to Cimaises & + but a red card to GLS!

Hello, a downside for the quality of customer service! Order arrived in two parts. First delivery: a piece 'Ceiling Rail Picture Lighting - 'L' connector Paulmann (Code: EC97649) color: white delivered (Code: EC 976.48) color chrome matte. Agreed with customer service: correct piece attached to the second delivery. Not the case: nothing related to this agreement. Please send me the correct piece and the necessary items to return at your expense the incorrect piece.

Hello, very fast delivery, also very good to be able to modify your order directly and without delay. Only small problem, the fixing of the hooks to the nylon wire for hanging the paintings; indeed, you have to remove the screw to pass this wire, otherwise the wire does not pass and then it is very difficult to tighten this screw.
