I ordered 5 painting rails and assumed that the mounting blocks would be included automatically. This is false - it seems that you are expected to use the rails without fixings, even though I really wouldn't know how to do that. So I ordered them again and they turned out inexplicably expensive.

Thank you for your feedback. First of all, we are sorry for the delivery difficulties encountered and the delivery of the package to a relay point. This is not a common practice, but in any case, it is not normal if you were at home. The DPD delivery person is required to make a first delivery, and it is only in case of absence during this first visit that they can decide to put the package in a relay point. DPD is a relatively economical solution for the customer given the 'atypical' sizes of our packages (large lengths). We do not rule out the possibility of offering a carrier with a more complete service for the customer (with appointment times in particular). Products meet my expectations but ... 5 missing hooks and coincidentally 5 extra rods as if to compensate, without a single word of explanation. And to top it all off, despite being told that delivery would happen three mornings in a row, I was only delivered on the third day.
I know that Cimaises & + is not responsible for delivery issues but for a first order I find that this is quite a lot.
