Indeed, as our conditions state, there is a one to two business day delay for delivery to France (for products in stock). The carrier is required to offer you a first date within this 2-day window but not a specific day. However, you can change the date on the carrier's interface if the proposed date does not suit you. Extremely fast delivery, however disappointed with the fixing clips, unlike other systems that are hooked into the bar and therefore cannot drop it in case of detachment, if they come loose the bar can fall. This happened to me because the museum is very old, and the walls are uneven which creates tensions in certain places that made the bar unclip. I had to drill holes and put in plugs and screws for security.

Also, if it's about micro scratches, you can easily hide them with a bit of filler and paint them with two coats of paint, which should solve your issue. We are sorry for this problem, we place a lot of importance on the preparation of packages.
