Pleasant to use even though I had some difficulties navigating... Hesitant about the rail model (I wanted to get the same ones as in a previous order but not in a pack, as I had some accessories left!) I had trouble navigating and finding naturally after the final choice of the rail... the stops, hooks, etc... And, but it's not a big deal, customer service quickly and very well corrected it, slight delay in the order due to a small computer issue on the site...

Hello, Thank you for this feedback. We offer hanging kits (rails, hangers & hooks) to facilitate the ordering process for those who wish. However, all items are sold individually in the rails tab (under the rails box). You will find all ranges of rails (wall or ceiling mounting) just below the rails box tab (after clicking on 'rails' in the menu) or by clicking on the image on the homepage titled 'Rail for painting'. Hello Sir, We apologize for the wait. Your package left our facility on Monday, December 9th by tracked letter. It seems that the Post Office is experiencing issues. The status of your shipment changed today. The Post Office tracking indicates: "Tuesday, December 17th at 9:01 AM - Your shipment is at its distribution site. We are preparing it for delivery." You should not have to wait much longer to receive the shipment. If you have not received anything by the end of the week, please keep us informed, we will resend the order.
