We found a damaged cornice in the package, which we reported (with photo) to Cimaises by email. We received a new cornice a few days later. Very good quality products, and very beautiful, with impeccable rendering. The service is very serious, and the contact person is very professional and very friendly. We have bought from them several times (cornices and rosettes) and we recommend this supplier.

This is not the first time I order and every time, it's perfect at all levels. However, a small downside on the information: the small moldings can be cut with any miter box, but the large ones like the CX106 require a box like the one you sell. As a result, 10 days lost because it was unavailable in stores, I reordered from you. There should be a warning for buyers!
