Hello, I was not informed in advance about the delivery... The delivery person contacted me 10 minutes before and I was not on site. Overall, the products are clean. However, the adjustments between rails are very complicated as soon as the support is not perfectly flat. The finishing or junction fittings are poorly designed, the transitions are complicated from one rail to another with nylon wires. And finally, we have a batch of spot rods in which the lamps do not hold!

Regarding the wall mounting, these rails are indeed designed to be clipped. Their proper hold therefore requires a perfectly flat and smooth support to ensure optimal fixation.

However, it is indeed possible to order 300 cm rails on quote, with delivery ensured by the carrier GEODIS.
This option involves:
> An order in multiples of 10 or 20 rails depending on the models,
> Transport costs of €59 excluding tax
> A slightly longer delivery time, generally 4 to 6 working days.

I don't think the defect comes from the store "cimaise" but unfortunately from production or packaging at the workshop.
