Delivery in 2 parts but the team reacted quickly to our call. The given deadline was respected. The ordered cornices are in line with our expectations, very nice finish. Everything was perfectly in accordance with the order. Only the delivery faced difficulties due to the lack of seriousness of the carrier, who was quick to announce their arrival but unable to keep their commitment and much less prompt in notifying the buyer, who had to wait several times in vain for their arrival. The customer service should undoubtedly be more demanding towards its operator by not fully paying for such a degraded and approximate service.
