Hello, Thank you for your comment! For your information, we use an independent carrier (DPD) for delivery. In case of damage, the best thing to do if you want a replacement is to refuse the package (in case of visibly damaged package) and if in doubt, to make the most precise reservations possible on the delivery slip (or tablet). At the same time, you should contact us by email and specify the problem encountered and send us photos of the damaged package and products. Don't hesitate to get back to us if needed! Problem: upon receipt, yesterday at the relay point, the upper part of the packaging was torn (likely intentional break-in) picture rails were escaping from the top Result: 3 of them were damaged (deep indelible stains) Our painter intervened today, unable to return. I rated the delivery 4 stars, which was fast, but the box was damaged and could have crushed or broken something. It didn't happen, but still. Indeed, your order arrived at the beginning of the lockdown and we had to reorganize for the transport of Orac moldings (not stored in Paris) which was no longer ensured by the usual carrier. Since then, our depot has resorted to UPS and we can deliver within a relatively short time (2 to 4 working days on average). Looking for a solution to regularly change the hanging of our paintings and other decorations without riddling the wall with holes, we opted for the Mini-click rail system for its small dimensions and its various suitable accessories. The result is good, but installation flush with the ceiling is complicated as soon as you don't have perfectly straight walls and ceilings. Or you have to accept to move the rail away from the wall/ceiling corner (less aesthetic).

Very good elegant and discreet product. However, be careful, the rail supports, screwed into the wall, are unsuitable for the screws of the molly plugs for installation on plasterboard. The head of the screw does not fit. We had to modify them.
