The cardboard upon delivery was all torn and the baseboards damaged. I had to refuse the package, knowing that the installation was scheduled for the following weekend, and the time for a re-delivery took an additional week and a half.

Good quality products and easy to implement (even at the ceiling/wall junction with a drill equipped with a long bit and a cardboard to protect the ceiling during screwing). Obviously, half of the wires and hooks from the 10m kit were missing, but the supplement was sent to me very quickly (received the day after). Also note an exemplary delivery.

Excellent level of service and quality from Cimaise and +. Impeccable products and packaging. However, GLS is, as usual, unable to set a more precise delivery appointment than between 8am and 8pm. If that's an appointment... The 'flex delivery service' is therefore an unnecessary extra cost for a non-existent additional service..

I am very happy with the delivered material. Everything corresponds perfectly to the description given on the site. A small issue with the delivery: I had requested to change the delivery day but this was not communicated to the delivery person. (It was a bit complicated to retrieve the package.) .

Material of very good quality and meets my expectations. Delivery = Very disappointed! Material delivered to my home on 31/01 by a plumber!!! 5 half RTT taken following the promise of delivery, without seeing anyone, over 30€ spent (paying 80 cents/minute) to find out where the delivery was!! I would have preferred to pay 30€ more in shipping for a safe delivery! I will not order from you again because of this problem (I still have 3 bedrooms and a living room to do). What a shame!!!
