I had specifically requested a home delivery, paid accordingly, which I had to pick up at a relay point that was not the closest to my home. This provider is deplorable, the delivery people decide and do what they want. Not recommended.

Hello Sir, After two delivery attempts, the package is dropped off at a relay point if it accepts the lengths, which was your case, otherwise it would have been returned to us. There were two attempts on the 14th and 15th of September according to what I see in the tracking, hence the drop-off at the relay point on the 15th of September. We are however sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Also note that you can change the scheduled delivery date if it does not suit you (via the link that the carrier sends you at the time of shipment). Finally, the price is the same for a delivery by DPD carrier to home or to a relay point (package of 2 meters long not covered by the Post). Best regards, Coralie P.

The subcontractor responsible for this delivery (DPD) did not do a good job. Rescheduling the appointment by the carrier announced on the same day by SMS. Difficulty in setting a new delivery appointment. Package probably arrived by a subcontractor's provider (truck and unidentified DPD agent).

Business is business! After a first order of nearly €1000.00, I would have had to pay twice €6.95 (total €13.90) for an order of 50 additional hooks (not available in full) amounting to €40.00! The commercial gesture is unknown at Cimaises and +!!!

The click rails are good even though the system of these mini rails is harder to click than the wide rails. On the other hand, I had planned a mini rail to glue: the tube of glue is 100 times too big, which creates a terrible waste, and the explanations are so minimal that I ultimately decided not to install the glue rail... I was afraid of damaging the ceiling and wall. Fast delivery, perfect packaging.

The material received was in accordance with the order and well packaged. I haven't mounted the rails yet, but it seems to me that they will meet my needs. When ordering, the delivery person asks for a delivery date which means blocking an entire day. The delivery time slot (3 hours) was only communicated to me by message on the same day.

We have already tried two other well-known carriers and the problems also existed and pushed us to change. Regarding the reviews on DPD, unfortunately, they are the same as most of their competitors. From experience, the issue often comes from the goodwill of the delivery people. That being said, we are sorry to learn that the delivery did not satisfy you and we are considering the possibility of offering another transport solution (perhaps a more generous one) so that customers have a choice. Goods compliant on both orders. Carrier to be avoided. On the 2 deliveries, they canceled the appointments 5 times at the last moment to deliver that day after having canceled the delivery. Unreachable by phone or internet DPD is to be banned. We may have to refrain from recommending your products due to this carrier being the weak link in the online order. DPD to avoid+++.

Thank you for your comment, we are sorry to learn that your delivery went badly. We changed carriers a few years ago to DPD and we see fewer delivery problems. Unfortunately, we still have some and do not fail to report them to DPD for the improvement of their service. It should still be noted that few carriers accept packages 2 meters long (90% of our shipments) at a cost that is reasonable for the customer, hence the choice of this carrier. For small shipments, it is possible to choose COLLISSIMO on the site.
