Hello, The wires included in the ECO kit fit from one side of the rail and support 15 kg compared to 20 kg for the TWISTER wires you ordered separately. The TWISTER wires fit from underneath the rail by making a quarter turn and are then locked in the rail. What do you mean by "the wires detach easily"? Hello, Good packaging and well informed of the final delivery date. What would have been a plus is information between the order date and the delivery date. One of the products was out of stock or there was a manufacturing issue related to the material. Feedback following the manufacturer's consultation would have been interesting.
