Products delivered OK, but major issues with delivery by GLS. Delivery option chosen: appointment scheduling. The result is as follows: - delivery time slot when scheduling an appointment: 8 AM - 6 PM with no possibility of reduction. Error on the delivery date compared to the contracted date - GLS customer service number overpriced and waiting time before response: 15€ useless phone call. It was ultimately the customer service of cimaises&+ that managed to deliver to me on the right date.

Excellent quality product and easy to install and use. The packaging, however, leaves much to be desired (lack of protection inside the box), the rail was bent during transport, I had to carefully straighten it without restoring it to a completely new state...

Just a suggestion: the screws and plugs provided are for solid walls, it would be necessary to provide plugs for plasterboard partitions.

Delivery promise by the carrier every day for 4 days, on the fifth day the package was left with the caretaker because the delivery person refused to go up to the fifth floor despite the elevator. GLS the worst of the worst, they do not keep their promises and on top of that they charge for phone calls, making customers wait several minutes before answering.
