Cimaise should choose another carrier than DPD; packages should be entrusted to someone other than DPD. I just traveled 40 km to pick up my package on July 30. It was left behind a fence at someone's place who kindly notified me at the phone number listed on the label, which the delivery person was not able to do. Fortunately, it didn't rain!

Overall, the products are clean. However, the adjustments between rails are very complicated as soon as the support is not perfectly flat. The finishing or junction fittings are poorly designed, the transitions are complicated from one rail to another with nylon wires. And finally, we have a batch of spot rods in which the lamps do not hold!

Order arrived very well packaged but despite that, the light fixture (Mauduit Biard picture wall lamp) was scratched and bent. I straightened it myself... I don't think the defect comes from the store "cimaise" but unfortunately from production or packaging at the workshop. Very satisfied with the purchase in principle but unfortunately, the floor lamp does not suit my husband in its design and brightness. We will therefore return it, in its original packaging, as we received it, hoping that we will be well reimbursed. The rating is not great because you have to pay for the return (and a floor lamp is heavy!!!) so it's a shame for a site that sells online. I will not order from this site just for that.
