Pleasant to use even though I had some difficulties navigating... Hesitant about the rail model (I wanted to get the same ones as in a previous order but not in a pack, as I had some accessories left!) I had trouble navigating and finding naturally after the final choice of the rail... the stops, hooks, etc... And, but it's not a big deal, customer service quickly and very well corrected it, slight delay in the order due to a small computer issue on the site...

The site is quite intuitive for finding the items to order. The prices are correct. However, the choice of carrier, DPD, is not efficient because twice the delivery person did not show up, even though I was present. I had to go to a relay point to pick up the goods.

Thank you for your feedback. First of all, we are sorry for the delivery difficulties encountered and the delivery of the package to a relay point. This is not a common practice, but in any case, it is not normal if you were at home. The DPD delivery person is required to make a first delivery, and it is only in case of absence during this first visit that they can decide to put the package in a relay point. DPD is a relatively economical solution for the customer given the 'atypical' sizes of our packages (large lengths). We do not rule out the possibility of offering a carrier with a more complete service for the customer (with appointment times in particular). Hello, Thank you for this feedback. We offer hanging kits (rails, hangers & hooks) to facilitate the ordering process for those who wish. However, all items are sold individually in the rails tab (under the rails box). You will find all ranges of rails (wall or ceiling mounting) just below the rails box tab (after clicking on 'rails' in the menu) or by clicking on the image on the homepage titled 'Rail for painting'.
