Fast delivery. Material delivered intact despite a hole in the box. A slight delay in processing an error in my delivery address: I contacted the delivery company myself to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, everything was fast, transparent with Cimaises and the price, impeccable!

Very good quality products, delivered quickly. Easy to install and complete instruction booklet. One small remark, one of the rails was a bit damaged (probably during transport), preventing the introduction of the suspension wires. Other than that, very good quality and robustness, I recommend!

On Saturday morning I received a message saying that 'today' the package would arrive' - I almost stayed home all day but in any case, no one came. On Monday I received the same message and then the carrier notified me 5 minutes before his arrival. It's a painful system, it would be better to leave the package in a parcel relay.
