Very good product. The DPD delivery person had planned to deliver one day then said it was no longer possible. I was able to have it delivered 2 days later to a relay point but the ergonomics on the phone were not excellent...

Don't forget that you can contact our customer service in case of damage and that you can refuse a damaged package (or send us photos if the box is in good condition but there is damage to the material). Our boxes are perfectly suited for sending rails in good conditions, we add padding paper and possibly an additional reinforcement when there are few rails. I called to install my Twister Clic2. I was kindly told that it was easy to do by reading the instructions and that this person installs them every day and that there was no problem. There was only one thing missing from his explanations that is not in this damn instruction manual either, namely: that you just need to hold ONLY the perlon wire between your fingers and turn it to engage or disengage the metal attachment in the rail!
