I mistakenly ordered 14 packs of stop ends for the rail, an astronomical quantity compared to the 5 rails ordered. In reality, I needed 12 and I must have about 60 left. I find it unfortunate that customer service did not find this order surprising and did not contact me. We could have corrected this mistake. Regarding the delivery, the box arrived damaged but fortunately the contents were in good condition.
