The locker only supports one large suitcase. I then pay a total of 30€ for 1 large suitcase and 1 small suitcase.

However, the dimensions of the lockers are clearly communicated on our website, along with an animation that illustrates the different filling options of the locker based on the size of your luggage. There is also a poster in front of the shop explaining the filling configurations of the lockers according to the size of your luggage.
Indeed, you rented 2 lockers at €15/day each (which is the rate during high season), for this you benefited from a large private locker for a whole day, as well as an elegant, clean, and secure common space. This space is accessible every day from 8 AM to 10 PM.

We sincerely regret that you misinterpreted the indication "up to 4 cabin bags" as "4 checked bags." For your information, our lockers can hold up to 2 checked bags if they are of medium size. We would like to remind you that, alongside the animation showing 4 cabin bags fitting in a locker, there is a link allowing you to see concrete examples of what can actually fit inside. The dimensions of the lockers and cabin luggage are also provided to give you a quick and clear idea. You will also find photos of our lockers on our website, which helps to get a precise idea of what can be stored inside. We are available every day of the year from 8 AM to 10 PM to assist you quickly in case of doubt.
