Practical!

I loved the fact that I could store my belongings in a safe place, I thought it was very appropriate that the door of the establishment could only be opened with a code and what I liked the most was that I could open and close the locker as many times as I wanted until 10 PM at no additional cost, my experience was so good that I wish there were these types of lockers everywhere in the world.

Super easy, clean and secure

Practical, fast. However, there is little flexibility in the locker size options, so it's more cost-effective for several small suitcases than if you only have one small one.

Very convenient not to have to travel around Lyon with your luggage while waiting for a train.

Perfect situation of the city locker. Maybe a small table could be added to organize the contents of our suitcase after last-minute shopping.

No hourly rate, so it's a bit expensive.

The entire process of booking a locker online was very easy and intuitive. We also had no issues storing our luggage once we arrived - the location is very convenient and central. Our only problem came when we tried to open the entrance door to pick up our bags. We entered the correct access code, but the door simply wouldn’t open. Nevertheless, when we called the phone number provided, the woman who answered was very kind and immediately helped us by unlocking the door remotely. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the service!
