Hello Richard, Thank you for your feedback. We are indeed open every day of the year from 8 AM to 10 PM, our hotline as well. This shop is automatic, but it is still managed by humans, and in exceptional cases, you should have called us and we could have opened for you remotely later. See you very soon.

Simple, fast and reliable. But too expensive (€9.6 whether you stay 2 hours or the whole day), too bad you can only reserve a locker online and not on site.

The reservation of lockers is indeed done online to facilitate the process. The price is known before the reservation and is for the entire day so you have the freedom to enjoy your time without stress. The price you paid for a large locker that can hold 4 cabin suitcases amounts to 2.4 euros per luggage, which is very cheap for a full day to keep your belongings safe in a real dedicated shop. The shop is staffed by people who watch over it, clean it, make sure it's working properly to keep your luggage safe, and answer the hotline 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm if necessary. In fact, our working hours and availability are only until 10.00 pm, which represents a significant time window for serving you, and one that satisfies the vast majority of our customers. As described very precisely on our site the precise dimensions of the lockers are H 61 cm x W 48 cm x D 85 cm are the dimensions of a rented locker (or H 24 x W 19 x D 33 inches). This dimension can contain up to 4 carry-on suitcases in international IATA format. The IATA baggage size is 55 x 35 x 20 cm (or 21.5 x 13.5 x 7.5 inches). We recommend to make sure that your baggage(s) will fit in this locker.
