Practical. An automatic opening door after entering the code would be a plus as it is very heavy. Being able to choose the location of the locker (top, middle, bottom) according to one's height would also be appreciated.

Very good experience with this system. When on a "layover" near a train station, it is always convenient to be able to store luggage in secure and easily accessible places (experience at Gare Montparnasse). One star less, because even though the price is correct for a full day, it could be more accessible for a few hours or half a day, to lighten the travel budget. Otherwise, great initiative!

I have never been able to get a code! After waiting for 20 minutes, I called my sister to make the request online. It worked very well for her; however, after that everything went smoothly. Very good experience despite a chaotic start!

Booking and handling are smooth and easy. The different lockers are of unequal quality: Montmadre is great and would have rendered 5 stars, Opera was olderr and partially in need of repairs, also not so nicely cooled like Montmadre.

The locker for our backpacks and small cabin suitcases was spacious. The ability to return, if needed, is practical. To find the location, you had to go a bit further than the number that was communicated (in Montparnasse) because it faced a private building.

Very practical for confidently freeing yourself from your luggage. We needed assistance to access the locker, which was very quick. Depending on the site, the size of the locker is not the same. It would be ideal to be able to pay by the hour, as it's expensive when you only need it for half a day.
