We understand your disappointment, but we need to clarify one point: our luggage lockers are advertised as fitting 2 MEDIUM suitcases (67 x 44 x 27 cm), not 2 LARGE ones. This information appears on the booking page and on the signage in our shop.
Based on our records, your drop-off also involved 3 suitcases rather than 2, two of which did fit. As spacious as our lockers are, they cannot hold 3 medium suitcases.
For reference, here are the possible configurations for one locker: Up to 4 CARRY-ON suitcases (H.55 x W.35 x D.20 cm) OR Up to 2 MEDIUM suitcases (H.67 x W.44 x D.27 cm) OR 1 LARGE suitcase (H.76 x W.51 x D.28 cm) + Up to 2 CARRY-ON suitcases OR 1 EXTRA-LARGE suitcase (<85 cm) (H.81 x W.55 x D.34 cm)

Tutto bene: pulito, facile, intuitivo, automatico.. un po' più caro degli altri depositi bagagli, magari, ma comunque lo riutilizzerei. I locker sono spaziosi e possono ospitare tranquillamente due trolley (bagaglio a mano) e due zainetti. Proprietario impeccabile!

The shop is spacious and very clean. Access is protected by a code. There's a bench and a changing area, and you can also reorganize your luggage. The luggage lockers are also very large; we were able to fit our four carry-on bags and a few other items. Amazing place, I highly recommend it.
