City Locker was most convenient and easy to access. Being able to book online in advance means one can plan ahead with confidence and knowing hours won’t be wasted looking for a place to leave luggage. It’s a great service. Thank you.

As you very rightly point out, our luggage lockers are located in a PREMIUM location, in a MONITORED and SECURED shop. You certainly also appreciated the CLEANLINESS of the premises, as well as the quality of the shop’s finish, which is very PLEASANT. You also enjoyed being able to UNPACK your belongings and take some time in this SPACE dedicated to you, allowing you to organize your day and your departure thanks to the entrance door, which is closed and secured by your code. You appreciated the SIMPLICITY of our system and the ONLINE booking. You did not need to contact our SUPPORT, which is nevertheless very REACTIVE and AVAILABLE EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. without exception. You mention that you find our price expensive, and yet, we are the most competitive on the market while offering the best quality of service and shop environment. In fact, most of our customers tell us they are very happy and pleasantly surprised to find this level of quality at such a fair price, while in most cases we are actually the CHEAPEST in Nice. Our rates vary depending on the day and demand, and of course, if you come on a Sunday, during peak season, and book at the last minute at 11 a.m. in front of the shop, you will not be able to benefit from the many discounts that we nevertheless offer very often.

We had a late evening flight from Nice so we needed a place to leave our luggage safely. The locker was just down the road from our accommodation so it was very easy. Booked it online in a few minutes,easy process and instant confirmation. The locker was spacious, for all our luggage storage we did not have to worry about anything. Very good price, received codes by email and it was easy to access and then retrieve our luggage. Very good experience so would definitely use again and recommend to fellow travellers!
