You were able to access your belongings several times during the day, and you took advantage of our late closing time at 10 p.m. Your belongings were monitored until your departure, and our support was at your service until this same time, even if you did not need our help.

We are pleased to learn that you appreciated the quality of our luggage lockers in Nice, which are clean, in a beautiful environment, monitored, and with support available immediately if needed every day, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. You also appreciated the availability of our premises to prepare your belongings in a clean and secure place, where the door is secured by a dedicated PIN code. However, we are surprised by your comment on our rates, especially since our offer is the cheapest on the market in Nice. The majority of our customers express their surprise at finding such a service at such a reasonable price. Hello Beth, we are happy to learn that only 1 of our luggage lockers can store one checked suitcase of 23kg + 2 carry-on bags. Indeed, one locker can generally store either 1 very large suitcase OR 2 medium-sized suitcases OR 1 medium-sized suitcase + 2 carry-on bags, OR up to 4 IATA-sized carry-on bags. They are spacious enough to allow you to store most of your personal belongings at a low cost and to access them throughout the day if you need to retrieve or deposit something. Since each piece of luggage has its own dimensions, please always ensure that your suitcases will fit in our lockers (H 61 cm x W 48 cm x D 85 cm).

Regarding your comment about the number of pieces of hand luggage, we can assure you that our lockers (L 48 cm x H 61 cm x D 85 cm) can easily accommodate up to 4 pieces of hand luggage in IATA format (L 35 cm x H 55 cm x D 20 cm) plus some additional small items. We have many customers who can easily fit their 4 pieces of hand luggage plus a few additional items every day. After reviewing your case, we have noticed that you have placed the pieces of luggage on their side. You simply need to place them upright, widthways. If you have any difficulties, our team is at your disposal every day from 8 am to 10 pm, without exception.
