Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello, we'd like to remind you of the size of our lockers: Locker dimensions: W.48cm x H.61cm x D.85cm. This size fits most large suitcases and can hold up to 4 pieces of IATA international size cabin luggage (55 x 35 x 20cm). Indeed, if your luggage is larger, the number of pieces that can fit in a locker is smaller;

On the website, you mention rates of 2 euros and we had to pay 15 euros. On the other hand, I'm horrified by this automatic system with no human presence, and I won't be coming back.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello isa, Thank you very much for entrusting us with your luggage, we are sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available given that our rates are for lockers and not per bag and that you can put up to 4 bags per locker or maximum 3.75€ per bag for a day (8:00-22:00). We hope to see you again and wish you a pleasant day!

Simple process - great service. Only slight drama is that the lockers were inside the security cordon for the Olympics so we had to have a valid pass to get inside

It is not located at Chatelet Les Halles. It is about 15 minutes' walk away. This is a hassle when people have bulky luggage and are pressed for time. I resent being given inaccurate information when it is important.
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello Alastair, Thank you for sharing your opinion, We are sorry if the localisation of our storage didn’t fit your expectations. However, storage’s addresses are clearly indicated on the website just before ordering a booking. Furthermore, there is also a Google Maps which allows you to measure the distance and time from your departure location to the storage. We wish you a great day and we hope to see you in one of our storage very soon.

Hello Théo, Thank you for using our service. Regarding the price, it is from 12€ for 14 hours for up to 4 luggages means 0,22€/hours/luggage for a full day rent. We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! We hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming you again in one of our 6 locations in Paris. Have a nice evening.

We used three locker and had to go out of the storageroom and enter the doorcode before the lockercode worked. When we wanted to get the baggage out, one of the lockers didn't open. We had to try several times. To much money for the service we got.
Why is there no variety in timeslots? We only needed a straße for two hours and had to pay for a day. Thatfore we rate only average.
