The location was easy enough to find and access. Maybe I did something wrong when trying to book a locker but I only needed it for a few hours and couldn’t find an option for that so still had to pay for a full day. Otherwise, the process was easy and I would use again.

Very good concept. We used it just for a half day and checking in was very fast and easy. We were lucky there were other people, because the code did not always work on the door.
We typed it in correctly but the door did not open. The people before us also had this issue. The door did not open with them.
Please check this :)

I discovered that the lockers at gare du Nord were being refurbished and had to make alternative arrangements very quickly. I booked the locker very easily and it was less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Easy to access, no problems. What a relief!

Entering the locker and leaving our luggage was very easy and felt safe the entirety of our use. It helped that the locker was only 5 minutes away from our hotel!

Basically, the service works fine - guidance is clear, location is within a walking distance from both railway stations. The only thing misleading is the price - one would expect that 15 euros is the price for overnight keeping while in fact it's 15 euros for one day no matter when one drops the luggage and another 15 euros even if you collect at 08.00 in the morning! I would not use such expensive storage if it would be possible to find another storage with early collection time (before sqay 09.00)/

Hello ANDREY, On the site it is written From 2€, you have access to information on the site The price is €12.00/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00). (€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.

Все було добре. Знайти було не важко. Шафа дійсно велика. Чотири рюкзаки вмістилися. Можливо було б краще розширити час роботи хоча б до 23:00.

This was a really easy way for us to leave our luggage safely between checkout and our train ride. We signed up the night before, got our codes quickly, and were able to access the lockers without issue the next morning. Two lockers was just right for our family of four (four large carryon size suitcases and four backpacks).

Was very easy and quick to use, locker was big enough for a middle size bag and 2 smaller backpacks. Close to the train station, easy to find. But the lockers in the train station are actually cheaper than this offer.

Easy booking, good location for the stations, the security of the door code and locker code system needs to be made clearer, are they unique to each user, or could anyone entering the lockers that day open any locker, because that's what it felt like.

Hello richard, Thank you for sharing your opinion, We are sorry if the localisation of our storage didn’t fit your expectations. However, storage’s addresses are clearly indicated on the website just before ordering a booking. Furthermore, there is also a Google Maps which allows you to measure the distance and time from your departure location to the storage. We wish you a great day and we hope to see you in one of our storage very soon.
