We arrived 8 minutes after 10 pm and we couldn’t get our luggage. Nobody answered our messages or phone calls and we had to go to our hotel (50 min away from the centre) without our luggage. We had to come back the following day and pay for the whole day again.

Hello and thank you for your message We are open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. as indicated on our website and on the windows of our stores. When making your reservation you were aware of the situation, you indicate that you arrived 8 minutes after 10 p.m., for the safety of the place and the luggage present inside the door is automatically locked at 10 p.m. and the alarms is ok

Accidentally chose wrong location. Requested a voucher for another use or refund. No one bothered to get back to me. Bad service when there is no customer service. Would not recommmend.

Hello, on the site it says From 2€, you have access to the information on the site The price is 12.00 €/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00) (15.00 €/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are degressive. On certain days, special offers are available for as little as €2/day.
