Quite good, the locker had some difficulties to open, only at the third attempt it opened. I suggest to specify better which code is to enter at the front door and which one at the keyboard inside

It would be great to have a possibility to cancel my booking before started the booking time.

This is a good value service close to Gare Du Nord. The only negative experience I had was the short walk between the station and the storage location - not the best part of town and I would be uncomfortable doing this late at night.

The lock was much smaller, then expected. It was stated that 4 carry on luggage’s fit, however we hardly fitted 2. had to book a second one.

Thank for using our service Inga The size of the lockers is H.61cm x W.48cm x D.85cm. This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 small luggages international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20cm) so that the number that can feat in on luggage depends of your locker size. So our lockers can feat up tu 4 luggaes ONLY and ONLY if the size of locker ins under or equal to the IATA format (55 x 35 x 20cm)

This size fits most large suitcases and can hold up to 4 pieces of IATA international size cabin luggage (55 x 35 x 20cm). On the website, you mention rates of 2 euros and we had to pay 15 euros. On the other hand, I'm horrified by this automatic system with no human presence, and I won't be coming back.

It is not located at Chatelet Les Halles. It is about 15 minutes' walk away. This is a hassle when people have bulky luggage and are pressed for time. I resent being given inaccurate information when it is important.

However, storage’s addresses are clearly indicated on the website just before ordering a booking. Furthermore, there is also a Google Maps which allows you to measure the distance and time from your departure location to the storage. We used three locker and had to go out of the storageroom and enter the doorcode before the lockercode worked. When we wanted to get the baggage out, one of the lockers didn't open. We had to try several times. To much money for the service we got.
Why is there no variety in timeslots? We only needed a straße for two hours and had to pay for a day. Thatfore we rate only average.

On-street keypad malfunctions: some buttons are tired and the keypad is so homey that you can't tell whether the button has worked or not (no sound or screen). Crazy prices and misleading advertising: we are told one price, but when it comes time to pay, it's double!...

I think that you should offer a family discount as a family of four with suitcases need 2-3 lockers. meaning that you would have to pay 30-45 euro for a single day, which is expensive

(€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.

We got in just fine to drop our bags- however- our code stopped working when we returned to collect them. Neighbors saw us banging on the door and told us this is a common issue. No one would answer the phone. We did purchase a new locker and the new door code worked. Miserable experience panicking over potentially not getting our family of 5s clothes and items.
