It was a great place to leave stuff during my stay in Paris. Great location with safe entrance and lots of places nearby to take a break before continuing your day
The only thing I didn't like about it is that you couldn't chose the locker yourself
I had a 23kg bag and I was assigned the top locker, when I saw that I was almost ready to cry, so have that in mind when booking

It was overall a good service and felt secure and safe, but the locker is farther from gare de lyon than I thought it would be (easily a 10 minute walk). Worth it to feel secure about leaving luggage in Paris, but wish it was more convenient.

It was wonderful to have this option in Paris and ordering on the website was easy. The value was also great due to the size of the lockers.Following the instructions once we were there was also easy to navigate. The couple of items I would say could be improved would be the location as far as the proximity to train station. The inconvenience of going a bit out of the way is not ideal and (perhaps this was just me but) the awareness that you must order it online was not as clear.

I think it is very expensive. You could offer the option booking per hours.
The option of booking only online is not adapted to people without cell phone, internet or in case your mobile is not charged. whatever. for the rest. it was everything fine and ok. thanks for this service

A little complicated to access the location, and deciphering how to open the door and the lockers ... It can use a hotline phone number to call someone on the fly...

I was charged about 14 euros more than was quoted. I was told for a few hours I could rent a locker for 2 euros and would up being charged about 16 euros. Took me a bit of time to figure out how the door code worked as the instructions were very ambiguous.

We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! The city locker is very practical and conveniently located. On the other hand, it's still expensive: €15 a day for 1 locker... but it's worth it when there's more than one.

Very practical, but the video is a bit misleading: you can only fit 2 classic suitcases, maybe 4 small cabin suitcases, but not hold luggage. Apart from that, very practical but a little.

When we tried to get back our luggage we couldn't open the locker even we entered the correct pin code. We tried several times but it didn't open and we were in a rush to catch our train. It was very stressful, it was opened after 4th or 5th try. You should check their function frequently since there is no one working at the branch.

Our locker was open when we arrived. There was a sign that said: don’t use it if the locker is already open. So we were insecure if we should use it and wanted to contact the number. but when we called, it said that this number doesn’t exist. In the end we did not use it as went to the hotel as this whole company seemed a bit shady to us. It was also weird that only our locker was open. A real bummer as we lost time and money.

easy to find, but breaks down from time to time; broke down when we arrived, but fortunately the technician was already on site. Neither the front door nor the locker opened properly, but fortunately everything worked fine in the evening.

Hello, I have found the citylocker a good service, but we have payed for 3 little bags and 1 trolley for 3 lockers but we have used just 1,we didn't understand the measure of the locker!

The location was easy to find, the locker was easy to open and place was ok. However it was not possible to lock the main entrance. Still, we felt our luggage is safe.
