Fairly easy to use. Could have been my error but I had to enter the door code 3 times to retrieve my bag. No clear guidance on how you get your bags if there is a malfunction. The bag owner may have had to leave France , will they post the bags to a foreign address?

We needed to store our suitcases so we could do some sightseeing, specifically the Eiffel Tower. We came directly from Gare Du Nord and fit 4 x small suitcases and 1x medium size in 2 lockers and we had space for 2 x backpacks as well. The locker storage was easy to find and use. Typing the codes in can take a couple of try’s but I had read that on previous reviews so I wasn’t worried and managed it eventually. I chose this place over other cheaper ones as I felt it was more secure. Overall very happy and allowed us to see the Eiffel Tower luggage free then travel straight on to Disneyland Paris after.

I had trouble finding my way out of the garre. So we walked for a long time. Small space, not very practical when several customers are there at the same time. When we left, another customer found suitcases in the locker he'd reserved. We gave him ours.

Would highly recommend this service, especially if you have a lot of luggage and can't check into your accommodation early.
We had 1 medium sized suitcase and 1 small carry on suitcase and a backpack and we managed to fit it all into one locker. The site is pretty easy to navigate, once payment is made you get an immediate email with all details with access codes, which worked just fine for us. Show up, drop off your bags, go about your day and come back and access your bags again.

Had we only rented 1 locker, the review would be 4 stars but since we rented 2 and only 1 worked and I haven't been able to be refunded yet, I'm rating 3 stars because it is a great service to tourists. I just sent an email to [email protected] and hope to hear back and be refunded and I'll be happy to edit this review. Thank you!

The name "Gare de Lyon" is a bit misleading. The locker is closer to Bastille than Gare de Lyon, but if you plan ahead, it's a 10-minute walk (or bus ride).

I paid for the locker and then waited for the email for the code to use which didn't arrive. I email and phoned but still no reply.
i then went direct to the locker and paid again to use it. Therefore my advise is not to pay for it on line and just go direct to the locker and pay. otherwise you will pay twice. I would still like my money back for the first payment.

You need to simplify access to the lockers. I spent 10mins trying to get into my locker and I nearly missed my flight as a result.

Not really great for big groups or more than one large luggage as the lockers and literally only fit one. But I would say super roomy for people with many small luggage bags and suitcases. Location is convenient and close to station to the airport. There is also space to open and repack luggage if needed.

Hello, Adam Thanks for your message S The locker size is clearly indicated on the website as well as the number of luggage it can fits The size of the lockers is W.48cm x H.61cm x D.85cm. This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 small luggages international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20cm). So of course can not feet 4 if they are bigger. The floor was super dirty. We had to enter a code few times to open a locker. At the end we managed to use it and retrieve our bags safe so it was good. But definitely the whole

O site induz em erro porque parece que o cacifo fica dentro da estação e não é verdade, fica muito longe quando se trás mochilas às costas. Demoramos uns bons 10-15 minutos a a chegar lá.
