The whole experience was seamless and very happy we chose city locker after checking many options. The only watchout is, after viewing the video on their website and measuring my luggage, I was still under the impression that 4 medium suitcases could fit in a single locker -- it's actually 4 of the small carryons. We had 1 large and 2 medium plus 2 backpacks and luckily ordered 2 lockers. I also really like that the outside door is locked and you need a code to get in. There were several people just trying to get in off the street without a code.

We have had 2 big loggadge and didn`t enter in one locker. In the description it should fit 4x loggadge. So we had to pay one more time ( 15 euro x 2 ) that is a lot of money for a few hours of lockers.

Hello, Teodor Thanks for your message and for using our service Sorry you have had problem in contacting the hotline; it can be reached by phone from 8:00 am to 10pm; they answer by text message unless emergencies. The locker size is clearly indicated on the website as well as the number of luggage it can fits but it is difficult for us to give an advice as we do not see your luggage; we can just give a recommandation. We will work on improving the given information and once again, thank you for using city locker and we will work on getting your 5 stars next time. as a reminder : The size of the lockers is W.48cm x H.61cm x D.85cm. This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 small luggages international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20cm).

Easy but misleading booking, the locker should be called Bastille and not Gare de Lyon. It should be possible to choose the height of the locker.

It was useful, the location was close to the metro and our bags were safe for the whole day. The price is really good, as the locker can hold a lot of bags- in my case it was 1 carry on, 2 full backpacks, and 2 purses. The only thing I did not like is that they give you 2 codes, 1 for the door and 1 for your locker, but we noticed that the door was always open and the code was never needed, which made it feel kind of unsafe (this was in March 2024 in the Opèra location). In the end, nothing happened, our bags were safe and it was the best option to enjoying our last day in Paris without the pressure of bags! I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Very good.
The lockers are smaller than I expected. Verify well the sizes according with your number of luggage and sizes.

The locker was too small and by no means it could hold 4 luggages. I had to pay for another one to put our second luggage in. It may be able to hold one or two carry-ons depending on the width and height. Overall, a misrepresentation of what is being offered at a prime rate. It is not worth it.

Inside the gare de l’est there are safe lockers for half the price and for 24 hours or even longer. I didn t know that. Otherwise I wouldn’t use city locker

This loker is located on rue de Lyon but is definitely not at Gare de Lyon (although that's what I had indicated in my Google search)... The result was that instead of walking 11 minutes with heavy suitcases and backpacks, I took another locker directly from the station. This cost me €17.50 as it was impossible to cancel the reservation... It felt like a scam.... Or how to abuse the trust of tourists who don't know Paris!!!!

Using the service was easy with the exception of getting in at the beginning. I don't know why but the code wasn't working initially. We only used this for ~ 6 hours but it sure saved us time and lugging things around. All 3 carry ons and 3 backpacks fit in a locker. I liked that it was a little room that we could get our bearings together before heading back out for travel.

Negative point: the price. Huge advertising on an attractive original that is not. No day at this 2 nd price for 3 weeks. Even if the price remains reasonable compared to competitors, it is misleading. Otherwise easy to access and use.

City-Locker spaces are monitored by our video surveillance cameras 24/7, and our team ensures that your luggage is stored as securely as possible. Our insurance also covers your personal belongings up to 1,500 euros per locker. All this comes at a price, and we're the only company in Paris to offer this level of security. What's more, taking your luggage with you costs €3.75 for the day (8:00-22:00). As for the €2 rate, this is currently being applied after the 4th day of rental.
