Had an emergency and no one called me back, it was a nightmare. After a few hours I just got a refund with a message “we’re sorry but we were fully booked”.
The emergency number is therefore not an emergency number. I even headed to the “back office of city locker” but that didn’t exist anymore.
So all in all, if you have to catch a flight rather use “Bounce” it was way, way better!

Website is accessible and easy to use but the lockers are smaller than we were let to believe. There's no way a single locker can contain 4 normal-sized suitecases.

To get access to the lockers and to pay for the service you need a good internet connection which is very bad in this area. Lockers itself very good but the price is very high.

The locker’s size is exactly the one indicated in our website : The size of the lockers is W 48 cm x H 61 cm x D 85 cm. This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 small luggages international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20 cm). Regarding the second part of your comment not sure to understand what you mean; maybe you could give us more details? Or maybe you wanted to point out that you can happen the locker as many time as you want during your booking without paying again? Very helpful possibility which I do recommend and would use again. It took some time to discover how to unlock the locker which is the only thing which I think could be improved (leave a visible sign for customers inside; the existing model wasn´t easy to find if you are in a hurry). Also, it would be nice if the entrance area would be tidier.

Hello Paul, Thank you very much for entrusting us with your luggage, we're sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available given that our rates are for lockers and not per baggage and that you can put up to 4 bags per locker or maximum 3.75€ per baggage for a day (8:00-22:00). The locker was much smaller than we expected. The description said it could hold two suitcases and two back packs. We could barely get our two suitcases in the locker. We had to carry our backpacks with us.

Navigating the site was very simple and straightforward, and finding and unlocking the lockers was very easy as well.

Easy reservation situation even with knowing 1) no and 2) a little bit of French. Prompt email with combinations and instructions reassured us we had a locker and that it would be ready for us before the train ride ended. A sticker on the door invited us to search for context clues and ascertain we were at the right place. Behind a locked storefront door you can see and reach about 20 other lockers between a narrow passage. No attendant on duty, dimly lit room. Combo pad on the door was easy to use to gain entry. Interior key pad was exceptionally sensitive, and would enter a selected number more than once for one push of a key, It took a few tries to get the combination to enter correctly and for the door to "pop" for us. One locker was big enough to accept a DoD "bodybag" rollerboard along with a personal bag. We got two to accommodate our two bodybags, our checked luggage, and our personal items.
There was room for only one customer set at a time, really, to access the lockers. We got there first and were surprised to see the line of individuals behind us. With few people inside, we were able to get in and out quickly. Others were waiting outside, either getting a locker reserved online (great idea!) or asking others how to get a locker. I would have liked the space to be bigger in order to allow more than one party to have access to the lockers at any given time.
Fix the interior combination keypads and arrange the lockers in a way that more than one or two parties can access their items without jostling over each other, and the situation could get 4 or 5 stars.
