28寸箱子一个就把箱子放满了，小包一个又过大，希望能有不同的箱包尺寸和价格，而不是一刀切，大小都一个价格。另外，pdf订单上就只有付款和订单信息，其他的开门和箱门密码又在邮件里，是否可以二合一，下载了订单文件，然后到了那里后还要再次打开邮箱看操作方法，不便捷

No possibility to choose the level where the locker is located. I had a large, heavy suitcase and locker #7 was on the 3rd level. I couldn't lift my suitcase.

We had just arrived from a red eye flight from the US. We had taken the RER B train from CDG and needed a place to store our luggage for a few hours before we could check in to our AirBnb. We arrived exhausted to a locked door and about a half dozen other tourists standing around outside using their phones. We eventually read a small sign on the door giving a website to create an account and reserve a locker. After a few minutes of doing this on my iPhone it sent me an email with information to type in a code on a keypad by the door to enter the establishment and another code to type in on a different keypad on a bank of lockers to open one up. It’s all automated and there is no one there to assist. Not knowing what to do was the only frustrating thing but we eventually figured it out.

Having a spot to store luggage while you can't check in for your reservation is very convenient. We arrived in Paris early in the morning and were not able to check in our Airbnb until late afternoon. The city locker permitted us to explore the city in the meantime without having to push around heavy luggage. The only downside we found was that the sidewalks to get from the Gare du Nord to the city locker are a little hard to roll luggage on. Luckily the walk there was only about 5 to 7 minutes.

According to the website, the lockers had a capacity of 4 suitcases each which was NOT TRUE, as we were barely able to fit one suitcase at the most, making us scramble to find another place to store our remaining luggage. The language in the website was very misleading as to the actual capacity of each locker.

This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 small luggages international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20 cm). Zugangscode hat nicht funktioniert. Notfall Hotline nicht erreichbar. Es erfolgte kein Rückruf. Hätten nicht andere Kunden die Tür für uns geöffnet, wären wir nicht mehr an unser Gepäck ran gekommen.

Thanks for your message. We have check and your locker has been open twice the day of your booking with the codes you have been sent. at 1PM to deposit at 5:18PM to collect. Sounds it was working or may you did gave the codes to someone else? Please let us have more information. Merci

I needed to keep my luggage for 1 hour but Citylocker charged me for one day with a time limit until 22:00h. If i need to keep my luggage until 22:30 i would need to pay for a second day!

入口の暗所番号はゆっくり押さないといけない、押せてるか不安になるが押すとかすかに聞こえる音を頼りにするといい。
申し込んだロッカーのサイズと、実際のロッカーのサイズが違ったので、用心した方がいい。
預けられるのは便利。

Hello Daniella, Thanks for sharing your opinion, The problem you have had is that you have used someone else locker. You put your luggage in an open locker when you arrived without checking on your booking confirmation that it was your assigned one and dialing your deposit code. So that when the person who has this locker arrived and saw luggage inside he empty it. City locker works like an hotel! When you book you are assigned a code and a locker. So please next time use your personal and not someone else. we hope to see you again in one of our storages very soon. Have a good day.

The Locker is close to the metro and on a quiet street, which is a positive thing. The space is well organized and clean, everything went well. I just wish there were different sizes, my suitcase was small so a smaller space at a lower price would be interesting.

Very good idea! Only downside for me is that when you get the lockers on top, because you have to lift your luggage however heavy it is to put it inside.

Very userul lockers but i hope they have bigger ones as well to fit 2 big luggages so that there will be options. Just my opinion. But as of my experience, the lockers were helpful for i know that my luggages are safe. Thank you!

Google maps comes up one street over so had to walk round to find it but once there it was easy to access with codes emailed and to access the locker, nice and clean inside amd felt secure would recommend to others and would use again

The drop off process worked as expected. However, the pickup process did not.
The code to unlock the outer door to the room did not work. It seemed the push buttons may not have been working for some digits. The only way to get assistance was to make a local call and leave a message. After we did that, we kept trying our unlock code. The door then opened. We have no idea if it was due to remote assistance or the code suddenly worked. If you use this service, be sure to have a method to make local calls in Paris from your mobile, and allow extra time for the pick up.

The keypad has been change and the problem that we sometimes have is that it is à US one and not a Européen one so that the digit are reversed. It is true that you need to have a telephone in order to received your codes by text (as well as mail) and to be able to call our hotline one case of problem.
