When I was leaving my luggage at the locker another group arrived and they had a reservation with the exact same code and locker as I had.
By chance I was still at the location. otherwise I might got my stuff robbed.

I think this is a great option to drop bags off in between lodgings. This particular location is somewhat close to the train station. It was easy to enter the codes. The locker is not quite as big as they advertise. The locker only held 3 carryon suitcases instead of 4. The locker does not hold 2 medium suitcases together. Instead you need 2?lockers for 2 medium suitcases which leaves a bit of extra space in each locker. I believe for what we paid for 3 lockers - 4 carryons and 2 medium suitcases - at City Locker, we could’ve paid a little less at Nanny Bag and not have to walk as far.

After reserving the locker and arriving at the city locker, we found that it was locked and that the code sent to us did not work to open the door. We also met people in the same situation as us. To make matters worse, the answering machine went dead every time we tried to contact customer service. As you can imagine, we didn't get the service we had paid for and, despite our messages, we didn't get our money back.

When I arrived to pick up my bags, my door code wouldn't open the door. Others people where locked out as well, and we all waited for over 30 minutes for the door to open during normal business hours. I almost missed my flight. Never again.

Very good option for us: 11am checkout and tickets for Eiffel Tower. Code got us in the door, then similar, but different code opened the pre-asssigned locker from the central keypad. I might prefer to choose my locker but this method ensures that we put our stuff in the assigned place. Overall would use again if needing to store luggage.

one locker was broken. someone had obviously used violence to open that locker. that wasn't giving the feeling that our stuff was safe in there. we used it anyways for a few hours over the day and it was ok.

The locker had a nice location, but when we went to retrieve out suitcases it didn’t work. After 15 minutes we tried calling the number displayed but it said it was out of order. Eventually it worked, but it took way to long and we almost missed our bus back home.

The Citylocker facility works perfectly and is is very convenient. I rated four stars for two reasons: they advertise the locker as being able to accommodate 4 bags, we could hardly fit in 3 carry-on sized suitcases. Secondly, the 10PM closing time is too early. We were forced to travel and collect our bags mid-dinner.

Very conveniently close to both Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord. The boxes are big enough for large cases and backpacks. Only the space in the room is limited and operating the locking mechanism is tricky.

Somewhat misleading. The GIF and website show 4 pieces of luggage. We had 3: 1 full size and 2 carry on. Took a look at the measurements. Didnt do the conversion. We had to get a second locker after we already booked the first. Couldn't add the second locker to the order. But if you order 2 to start, it's cheaper. 4 pieces of luggage lol yea right thats like mini carry ons. But you have to order one locker before you can see them. Travelling to paris is crazy with luggage so you're already exhausted, especiallyif you need a locker for some reason. We were going to Versailes in between 2 different airbnbs. Bait and switch.

Comme indiqué par le GIF et sur le site internet les casiers peuvent contenir 4 bagages cabines respectant la taille et le format international IATA de de 55 x 35 x 20 cm. Concernant les codes chaque client à une code différent pour chaque casier; un client ayant les codes du casiers 10 ne peut ouvrir le 15 en changeant uniquement les 2 derniers chiffres. En espérant voir répondu à vos questions et apporté les précisions nécessaires à vos questions Au plaisir de vous revoir dans l’une de nos consignes à bagage parisiennes.
