It's a shame to find information on the site that rental starts at 2€/day, only to have to pay 15€ for 4 hours of rental in front of the locker. This gives the unpleasant impression of being taken for donkeys.

The sliding scale rates only apply to multi-day bookings (-50% on the 3rd and -83% on the 5th) and our daily prices per locker are the cheapest in the luggage storage sector. Our prices are clearly indicated on the website prior to booking. However, we are sorry that you were not satisfied with our locker prices. Maybe the lockers are okay but they are nowhere to be found at the station (gare du nord)

The ease of rental and customer service was really great, I stopped short of ficing five stars because upon return both me and another customer had trouble opening our lockers, which put me in a state of panic. That being said, I called the emergency service and they were able to converse with me in English and help resolve my issue in a very timely manner. I would use city locker again.

Rented a locker on two different days in two different locations in Paris. Both times the code wasnt emailed to me automatically so I had to email support to get it but they responded quickly. The Gare du Nord lockers are not in the station (about a 5 min walk away).

I was never able to use the locker on Saturday April 8. Neither I nor my husband were able to access the lockers. 30€ wasted. Nobody picked up the phone. About 10 people were inside with the same issue. We have videos. Please give me a refund.

Bonjour Thanks for your message We have check in our systems and see that you have open your locker at 12:18 am and reopen it at 18:40. As you are the only one to have the codes who cannot be? We have also check our camera and your locker has been used. Why are you asking for a 30€ refund as you only book and used one? For some reason we do not understand you are lead. Send us your video it will e very interesting. Other people outside at the same time where propanly booking ….

I would have liked to have been able to choose a lower locker as I was travelling alone and I am a woman of a certain age so it would have been difficult to fit a heavy suitcase in an upper locker.

Very bad. When we arrived. People were stuck inside because the code to open the door didn't work. We didn't leave our suitcases for fear of being locked out too; I lost 15 euros and we left our suitcases elsewhere.

Our system allows us to track locker opening times. What's more, you are not asked for a code to exit. Was easy to make the reservation. On arrival, required a code. If I received one, it was not with the reservation and I could not fine it. Called the number. It was in French with no other language option. No person available at the location. Left with my luggage.

Bonjour Barbara, the codes were send to you by mail and text message. You can not say you have not received them and you even manage to use our service as you open you locker at 8:43 and reopen it at 15:00. Further more you have not called the hotline otherwise you will have heard that it is in French of course but also in English and Spanish. For some reason we do not understand why your are lying but your comment does not reflect the reality.

Good Day
I was unable to locate lockers in the Gare De Nord location. The attendants working there sent me to another locker location and said there was no City Locker. I paid in advance and tried to contact City Lockers by email and no one ever responded.

This location is described as "five minutes from Les Halles," but it's more like 15-20 minutes walking, which is a long way to drag heavy bags. Otherwise, it worked fine.

The first city locker we wanted wasn't easy to find, and once we did, we couldn't get inside.
The second city locker was better signposted but we had a problem with the front door not recognizing the code straight away.

Having to make an account and all that is a hassle, specially when you are in a hurry and you must have internet access, there is no physical person to assist, but location is convenient, not far from subway. The lockers are clean and location easy to find.

It’s important to notice that the indicated price matches the price by locker which can contain up to 4 suitcases but we are sorry if the prices didn’t fit your expectations.
