There should be much clearer instructions especially regarding more than one locker, and there is no easy way to contact customer service in english. The locker was large ebough to fit in a large suitcase and after understanding how it works with multiple lockers worked just fine

Thanks for your message and for using our service Sorry you have had problem in contacting the hotline; it can be reached by phone from 8:00 am to 10pm; they answer by text message unless emergencies. The locker size is clearly indicated on the website as well as the number of luggage it can feet but it is difficult for us to give an advise as we do not see your luggage; we can just give a recommandation. We will work on improving the given information and once agin thank you for using city locker and we will work on getting your 5 stars next time.

Hello Vincent, On the site it is written From 2€, you have access to information on the site The price is €12.00/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00). (€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.

Excellent option for getting rid of your suitcases for a few hours; the system is very easy to use but I find it very expensive. There's no option to rent by the hour, which makes the system expensive, very expensive indeed.

On the positive side, good communication, easy to use, the site is very well placed, but on the negative side, the code didn't work right away, and no one answered the emergency number, which was a bit of a scare! In any case, very practical, I'd do it again.

Eventually it did its job as expected and our luggage was kept there for several hours. However, although we were sent a text with a password for the door and another one for the locker itself: The entrance door could be opened just by pushing it, so no extra security layer, and when it comes to the locker, we spent a good 15 minutes trying to understand what we were doing wrong and the locker wouldn’t open. Eventually after many attempts where we were literally inserting the same code again and again, all of a sudden the locker did us the favour and opened.

During this period the controls with the video had been increased in order to check and ensure the sécurisation of your belongings. Now the problem is fixes:). Excellent service and it was convenient to put the suitcase in the box. I don't put excellent only because we had problems with the entrance door, once the code sent was entered it did not open immediately. After a few calls it worked.

I mistakenly booked for 25th January instead of 25th February and asked Support whether the booking could be changed but have had no reply. I have now made a separate booking for 25th February and have asked Support whether I may have a refund for the January booking. I have had no reply whatsoever and am very disappointed.

La Porte n'on n'est pas ouvert. I couldn't open the door, there was a couple of people with the same problem. Than somebody call the assistance and after a half hour they opened the door

Fairly close to airport bus and it was convenient.
It was helpful that the locker was reusable within the day. I stored my suitcase in the morning and came back to add some souvenir in the afternoon. Then eventually I collected the luggage in evening.

Very practical and easy to use (codes and instructions sent by message). However, a large hold suitcase + a cabin suitcase have a lot of trouble fitting into a single locker. We had to open the small suitcase to slide it open on one side. What's more, I find the prices far too high for one day. (15€)

Wrong information on pricing and it is way too expensive. In the website it says that it is 2€ daily, based on that I went to the place and found out that I have to pay 15€ instead. I feel tricked. And 15€ is too much.

Misinformation regarding the amount of luggage able to fit in locker resulted in us having to purchase a second locker upon arriving. This was further challenged by the fact that no cell reception is able to be accessed in the shop leaving me standing outside in rain trying to purchase locker online. Upon acquiring a second locker it was revealed that our designated locker was faulty and did not properly close. I then proceeded to contact helpline whilst standing outside in rain again only to find the helpline is only in french. Would give zero stars if I could!

Io ed i miei abbiamo prenotato e pagato 6 cassette e non ne abbiamo utilizzata neanche una in quanto non si aprivano
Abbiamo atteso più di un'ora, tra tentativi e arrivo del tecnico ma in alcune prove si aprivano, subito dopo, riprovando no.
Probabilmente c'era un guasto tecnico.
Alla fine ce ne siamo andati nel timore che al ritorno avremmo perso troppo tempo nel riaprirle.
Pessima esperienza, inoltre abbiamo fatto presente la problematica via chat, ma non siamo stati neanche risarciti

That same day, I mistakenly made a reservation for the lockers at the train stations and near the Eiffel Tower. I immediately emailed to try to cancel the order. I received no reply to my request. Otherwise, the service is very practical. However, we didn't manage to enter ( first code didn't work. Fortunately, at both baggage drop-off and baggage claim, customers let us in and we were able to use the code to open the locker. As I said earlier, this is the Eifel Tower locker. OLIVIER
